Refund policy
**We typically provide a 90-DAY Full Coverage Return/Exchange policy. During this period, we will cover the costs of return shipping and any replacement fees.
**Limited Coverage: The Limited Coverage Return/Exchange Policy applies to the following reasons. A customization fee of 30% of the unit price for each returned product will be deducted when processing the refund.
1) Wrong Size: The customer chose the wrong size for the product, and the item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging.
2) Changed Mind: Customers can return an item for a refund or exchange if they simply changed their minds, provided that the product is unused and returned in its original packaging. (Conditions may apply, such as a restocking fee.)
3)Limited Editions: Certain limited-edition items may not be eligible for returns or exchanges.
4)Final Sale Items: Items marked as “final sale” are not eligible for return or exchange.
**No Return & Exchange Policy: The following reasons are not covered by our 90-day return policy, and we cannot accept liability for these issues:
1) Damage to the product caused by exposure to corrosive substances or chemicals.
2) Items that have been washed, worn, or soiled, including any damage resulting from the customer's handling.
3) Products returned after the 90-day processing period from the order's receipt.
4) Returns for products where the model or serial number on the order does not match the item being returned.
5) Damage due to misuse, mishandling, or inadequate maintenance of the product.
6) Issues pertaining to items or gifts that were included with the order, rather than the main product itself.
7) Coupon codes or gift cards.
8) Partial returns or exchanges for products sold as a set are not permitted.
**Cancellation Policy**
1. **Cancellation or Replacement of Unshipped Products:** You can cancel or replace non-customized products free of charge as long as they haven't been shipped.
2. **Personalized Products:** For customized items with unique patterns, if you wish to cancel or replace the product or the personalized content, a 30% customization fee will apply. This charge is necessary because production of customized products begins immediately upon order placement to ensure timely delivery.
**Return and exchange service procedure**
1. Please submit a support ticket and include clear photos of the logistics face sheet as well as any items that demonstrate a quality issue.
2. Contact our customer service team to obtain details regarding return authorization and instructions for returning your items.
3. To ensure a smooth return process, please inform customer service of your return needs before sending the item back. If you do not notify us in advance, there is a risk of lost packages, and your return request may not be honored (our mail room will not accept packages without prior notification and they will be returned to the sender by the courier or post office). Additionally, please be aware that the "Ship From" address is different from our Returns Acceptance address.
4. If you send your return to the wrong address or do not follow the return instructions provided via email or other communication, any additional costs (including customs declaration fees and duties) will be deducted from your refund.
Returned items must be new and unworn, kept in their original condition as received. For sites offering rewards points, the points earned from this purchase will be automatically deducted from your account after a successful return. Please note that coupon codes expire after use and cannot be reinstated following a return.
