Q: How do I wash my socks?
A: We recommend washing them in similar colored laundry with cold water, inside out, and low heat in the dryer if you would like them to stay in tip-top shape. Do not use bleach, we recommend color boosting detergent. The socks can hold up after many many wears/washes.
Q: Will the socks fade?
A: Nope, as long as you follow our recommended washing instructions (cold wash inside out, hang dry)! Our customization process ensures the longevity of your item(s).
Q: What material are the socks made from?
A: The socks are made from 96% polyester, 2% nylon, and 2% spandex. They feature an elastic arch, a no-show heel, and a hand-sewn toe seam for added comfort.
Q: What size socks do you have?
A: The size availability will vary by the sock style. Here are the size standards for our socks.
Small: sock size 6-8 ½ fits ages 5-9 and a youth US shoe size 9-2, women with petite feet with a US shoe size 3-5
Medium: sock size 9-11 fits a women’s US shoe size 5.5-9
Large: sock size 10-13 fits a men’s US shoe size 8-12, women’s US shoe size 9-11
Extended: sock size 13-15 fits a men’s US shoe size 13-15
Small: Men’s 4-7 / Women’s 5-9
Large: Men’s 8-12 / Women’s 10+
Youth: Ages 5-12
Q: Do you have XL socks? What length are your socks?
A: We can customize XL/XXL sizes for any other designs. Our socks are primarily crew cut, reaching the mid-calf area. If a product is any length other than crew cut, it will be specified in the product title. We also offer knee-high socks.
Q: Is there a minimum amount I must order?
A: You can order a single pair or order them by the dozen. For orders of custom socks, the minimum order is 12 pairs of the same design and same size. However, you do not have to order in increments of 12 pairs, i.e. you can order 21 pairs if needed.
Q: What shipping method is used? Do you ship internationally?
A: Yes! We ship to most countries across the globe. Just be sure to select your correct country during checkout. Orders are subject to customs fees levied by the destination country. We usually use USPS/DHL/Fedex to arrange the shipment.
Q: What payment methods are accepted?
A: We accept all major credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, Debit card, as well as PayPal.
Q: When does my order ship?
A: We can provide early proofs for custom socks within 2-3 days after receiving payment and good photos. Once you approve the proofs, we will ship the order within 48 hours. Please note that orders placed on weekends or major holidays will be shipped on the next business day.
Q: What makes a good photo?
A:
*Ensure your photo has good lighting and clearly shows facial details.
*A head-on shot is preferred. It’s best to have the full face in the photo. If only half of the face is visible, only half will appear on your product!
*Avoid blurry photos. The clearer the photo, the better. Remember, the photo will be shrunk down, so some subtle features may not be as visible in the final product.
Q: How many faces can I print on on product?
A: Our products can feature up to four different faces. If you choose the option for multiple faces, each face in the photo will be cropped individually and placed separately on the product. However, if the faces are touching in the photo and you add a note for our designers, we can crop the faces together.
Q: Where is my order?
A:You’ll receive a confirmation email after you place your order which should include information about the expected ship date(s) for your items. You'll also receive another email once your order ships.
Q: Can I see a proof?
A: Yes, we can show you proofs step by step. Please note we have no mock-up before the production.
Q: Do you have discounts for bulk order?
A: Yes, please check the details on the coupon page.
Q: I want to change the design on socks.
A: We process all orders within 24 hours, so it’s not always possible to make changes to your design or order. If your order is incorrect or you wish to change something, please notify us as quickly as possible. After this time, we cannot guarantee that changes can be made.
Q: I need to change the delivery address
A: If you wish to change or have entered an incorrect delivery address, please send us the updated delivery address ASAP. It can be changed if your order has been shipped already.
Q: How do I track my order?
A: Once your order has been shipped from our warehouse you’ll receive a tracking number in your shipping confirmation email.
Q: Can you do overnight delivery?
A: No, we currently do not offer overnight delivery service.
Q: What are my gifting options?
A: We offer a range of gift wrap and gift box options. These can be added when checking out.
Q: Can I call you?
